Crisis in the NW & SW Regions of Cameroon puts an end to religious differences

Late this week, Pastor Ndong Ezekiel of Ibali Meli Baptist Church announced the meeting of clergy of the area at Meli catholic church and another by Rev. Njung Promise on their facebook pages...
22 hrs
"All the churches in Meli started a prayer altar today to pray for the land and the turn out was great.pls meet us at the same venue next Friday at 3pm.Catholic church MELI.2Chron 7:14"
Hours later.....
2 hrs
"The Pastors of various denominations around Fundong met together in Salem Baptist Church Fuji's to pray and seek the face of the Lord for our nation. God is at work. Things will never be the same again in Cameroon as many denominations, churches and people of God continue to gather, pray and make declarations concerning the ongoing crisis."
Since the socio-political crisis began in Cameroon's two English speaking regions in November 2016, many measures have been put in place by government, civil society and individuals in order to bring things back to normal. For about 2 years running all the attempts seem futile.

Religious authorities who are believed to have a greater role in society formation and morality now spend sleepless nights meeting and calling the names of their gods for salvation. At moment, many say it is only God who can change the status quo given the escalation of the crisis on daily basis. Christians of various denominations have often organized services to take turns and pray for the country and especially after the prophesy of a Nigerian prophet of danger he saw in Cameroon and called for prayers. Christians and Muslims in ecumenical services too have not gone to sleep and on daily basis one hears about calls to pray for God to intervene.

And many other calls for unity prayers keep coming and it appears one will say the crisis is doing good to the body of Christ though many members lose their lives
